The warp-in time of units is now always 6 seconds (originally 5 seconds fast, and 16 seconds slow)

Warp Gate

Warp Gates production time is +6 seconds (same time as warp in) of the production time of the same unit on a Gateway

This way you can slightly choose if you want quick reinforcements or faster production
